Should 6-year-old be suspended for bringing utensil to school?

- I am a CubMaster for a Pack of about 90 boys. Since this boy is a CubScout, he or his parents should know the rules of Age Appropriate Scouting. A knife is NEVER allowed to be used by a CubScout until they enter the 3rd Grade and get trained in proper knife use know as The Whittling Chip.

- I am a CubMaster in charge of 90 boys. A Tiger Cub (1st grade) is NEVER allowed to use a knife or carry a knife until 3rd grade.
